UIC FALL SEMESTER 2008 RETURN POLICY

The New book must be in absolutely new condition. Books that are wrapped must stay wrapped. The sales receipt must accompany the New or Used book. Textbooks purchased after AUGUST 29, 2008 may not be returned for a refund.

Lab Manuals, Course packs and study aids are non-returnable
Clothing is only exchangeable within 10 days with a receipt. No refunds.

Dropping a course or withdrawing from the University is not an acceptable reason for waiving the above requirements. Chicago Textbook Inc. reserves the right and the responsibility to refuse any refund where there has been an abuse of the above policy.
